What is Karbon's return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, base layers and swimwear must have all protective liners intact to be eligible for a refund.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for athletes who need their gear ready for upcoming competitions. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Karbon products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Karbon technical apparel and equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear from intense training or improper care.
